We now have tags in the core. we should make them visible in the UI and also allows for the user to edit them.

Add tag column to RevertProfilePage

I've changed the table on RevertProfilePage to show headers, and added a column for tags.

According to the API tooling this might need a version increment change as the RollbackProfileElement is API.

I've released the support to view tags. Could you please provide the support to edit it? 
We should do that directly in the cell.
