Currently, we can add hyperlink between an EditPart and a Diagram, thanks to the editpolicy HyperLinkPopupBarEditPolicy.
This EditPolicy should be improved in order to support hyperlink with table.

In R4019 : 
A first commit, which avoid some cast problem with Table. This commit doesn't add dependencies on Nattable

This feature works now. This bug an be marked as closed fixed.
