There is no way to manipulate the upper bound of a parameter in the Ecore Tools Diagram Editor. Only it's name and type can be edited.

In the diagram, a parameter declared with upper bound -1 is displayed the same way as a parameter with upper bound 1. One must click on the actual method, then click Parameters, before the 0..* indication becomes visible.

EcoreTools 2.0 bring this capability

typing "*" will set the upper bound to many
typing "[0..1]" will set it to 1
typing "1" will set a 1..1 cardinality.
