Steps:
1. star Eclipse
2. open an Any build file
3. right click > Debug As...

Notice the Rhino launch shortcut is present. If you open the launch dialog or one of the Rhino preference pages (so that the rhino bundle is loaded) then the shortcut goes away.

Applied patch to HEAD - I confirmed with David that WTP is consuming platform debug > 2011-03-23 - which contains the eval variable fix to allow this to work.
