Description Rick Barkhouse CLA 2011-02-11 13:24:57 EST
When doing multiple date/time conversions during marshal/unmarshal, time zone information can be lost. For example:

XMLGregorianCalendar1 -> xml -> Calendar -> xml -> XMLGregorianCalendar2

XMLGregorianCalendar1 should equal XMLGregorianCalendar2 but currently the timezone information is lost.
