Steps to reproduce:
1- create a new Papyrus project
2- choose profile from the wizard
3- check UML profile diagram
3- click on finish

In the created project, you will find the created papyrus files:
model.di, model.uml, model.notation instead of 
model.profile.di, model.profile.uml, model.profile.notation

If you create a new papyrus model inside this same project, and you choose "profile",
the files of the second model will be created with .profile extension.
