This dependency needs to be removed before it can be included in the Jetty distribution. The org.eclipse.virgo.apps.repository.core bundle depends on the org.eclipse.gemini.web.core bundle.

The hosted repository app depends on Gemini Web, so it can't currently run on Jetty.

This is a functional enhancement for the Jetty line.
