If you provide a comma delimited list of items to @extends, the first class will be discovered, and everything else will be ignored. This means that content assist doesn't really work very well for classes that extend or implement lot's of other classes or interfaces.

Fixing this would be a pre-requisite for fixing #336926, and would also mean that we could even get by without a fix to #336926 at all.

Reproducible: Always
