The admin console dump inspector will currently, when requested, attempt to load a whole heap dump into memory, thus producing an out of memory error and another heap dump.

The admin console should only load a "window" on the heap dump file to limit memory consumption.

This is raised as an enhancement as it is currently broken as designed.
