Build Identifier: 

"platform:/plugin/" uris are not well converted to the corresponding native scheme uris in standalone mode.

Attached the working URI converter for this case.

Changing the URI converters without a proper reproduction sample is usually a dangerous idea. Closing this until we do get samples to reproduce.
