When I restart Eclipse and go to Window > Android SDK and AVD Manager I get an error message which says "Location of the Android SDK has not been setup in the preferences." Except, it is setup. If I go to Window > Preferences > Android and simply hit "OK" (since the path is already there), then Window > Android SDK and AVD Manager works.

You should open this bug against the Android SDK plugin provider.

They don't seem to have a bug tracker. Oh well.
