I am not exactly sure this is possible,

Check out the table in http://ahuntereclipse.blogspot.com/2010/05/helios-rc1-1-2-3-go.html

Currently GMF Notation only depends on the platform and EMF. If we make the GMF Notation build dependent on CDO, we will introduce a circular build dependency. When building the modeling stack, I am not sure how this would work.

Anthony I am not sure to fully understand where the circle is ? 
I guess you refers to dawn, the component of CDO which depends from GMF Tooling.
But I think we could add a dependency only to a CDO feature which does not include the dawn component ?

OK, I was thinking the entire CDO project and not what we need as you say.

There are currently no ZIPs available for download.

Please have a look at the Updates section.
