The org.eclipse.papyrus.sasheditor.editor.ISashWindowsContainer should be registered as a service.

It should be registered after its initialization, which happen after the ServiceRegistry is started.
The actual service implementation doesn't actually allow to register it as a service : The ServiceRegistry only allow addition of new service before it is started, but the ISashWindowsContainer is initialized after that, so it can't be added to the ServiceRegistry.

The ServiceRegistry should be modified in order to accept services after some services has already been started.

Modifications have been done. The ISashWindowsContainer is now registered as a service.
