New test - org.eclipse.persistence.testing.tests.jpa.jpql.JUnitJPQLComplexTestSuite.testEnumNullNotNull failed on Derby. 

Also this test begins a transaction but does not have the rollback in a finally, so it caused more test failures in the test suite afterward.

Added a finally block in jpa.jpql.JUnitJPQLComplexTestSuite.testEnumNullNotNull, to ensure the transaction is rolled back in case the test is failing, so that the test failure won't affect the tests in the test suite afterward.
