Oftentimes I have an elaborate condition on a breakpoint. Sometimes I comment out the line that contains the breakpoint. Really, I would like to have moved it to another spot. 

I'm requesting that the breakpoints should be able to be repositioned. Ideally, via just a 'drag and drop' action, but being able to edit the 'line number' in the properties of the breakpoint will also be fine with me.
