I was looking for references of org.eclipse.jgit.lib.ConfigConstants.CONFIG_BRANCH_SECTION to find a place where it is set when cloning a repository. Then I realized that org.eclipse.egit.core.op.CloneOperation.doInit(IProgressMonitor) uses strings like "branch" and "remote" to update the configuration of the repository. This bug is about to fix this and replace the strings with constants from ConfigConstants.
