Done.

Introduced new org.eclipse.m2e.core.ui bundle and moved all ui-related code from org.eclipse.m2e.core to the new bundle. org.eclipse.m2e.core.ui does not depend on any ui bundles any more. All packages in the new org.eclipse.m2e.core.ui are .internal. and exported as x-internal:=true.
