Fix for HEAD

As part of Bug 335895, I added a preference to limit the GDB traces console and I wanted to keep the wording of that preference consistent with the one of the build console.

After discussing with Sergey, we feel that 
"Limit console output (# lines)"
should be
"Limit console output (number of lines)"

which still fits nicely in the preference page.

I would then use "number of" form for the GDB preference instead of "#".

Patch attached.

Andrew, is that ok with you?
I would only put it in HEAD.
