Description

The issue is related to the SVN Kit library and early access update site contains much more recent SVN Kit version (1.3.5 - the latest available one). P.S. Should be updated with the main plug-in. Can I install a new version of the SVN Kit library myself? If so, how do I find out in which path I need to put it? Is there anything blocking the main plugin from being updated? I need the 'Team' functionality to work... (In reply to comment #2) > Can I install a new version of the SVN Kit library myself? It seems there is a misunderstanding. There is nothing that prevents main plug-in or connectors from being updated. You just need to enable correcponding update sites at Window->Preferences->Install/Update->Available Software Sites. And you shouldn't replace SVN Kit manually either because: 1) we use a patched SVN Kit library version in order to provide some additional features 2) there is no reason to replace library when you can just update corresponding connector plug-in. I mean you could just update your plug-in instance in order to make it all working. But if the problem reappers with the latest plug-in version then please tell me and I will report the issue to the SVN Kit developers. (In reply to comment #3) > You just need to enable correcponding > update sites at Window->Preferences->Install/Update->Available Software Sites. I'm sorry, but you'll have to spell it out... Whan I go to 'Zend Studio' -> 'Preferences -> Install/Update -> Available Software Sites, I get a long list with sites, but from the URLs listed I am not able to decide which one I should check to get the correct update. What's the URL that should be used, so that if it's not in my list, I can add it. Thanks in advance! Those are the "Early Access" update sites that contains recent version with the SVN Kit 1.3.5 library in it: http://download.eclipse.org/technology/subversive/0.7/update-site/ http://community.polarion.com/projects/subversive/download/eclipse/2.0/update-site/ And, as far as I remember, they're present in the list of "Available Software Sites". |
