Description ememberus CLA 2011-02-05 13:23:14 EST 
Built-in bug reporting for anonymous user fails (rejected by bugzilla server) without any error message. 
1. User is not aware that report sumission failed.
2. User has no clue why it failed.

In CDT ( 2020=03) the "report Bug"  is hokey .
It really does not do much until user is "registered". 
It gives an impression that "nobody really cares " what USER is experiencing.
It should be bug reporting , not collecting user’s data.
That should be voluntary, not mandatory.  
Most users will report real bug, not just to post something . 
Besides - the user is IN ECLIPSE CDT version OS etc. so why not collect all this and NOT ask user to fill it in BEFORE it is passed to bugzila ?
