In the on-line help for Java ME Development User Guide > Reference > Editors (http://help.eclipse.org/helios/topic/org.eclipse.mtj.doc.user/html/reference/editors/localization/l10nEditor.html), one can read:

The Localization Data Editor allows you to create and organize Locales and Entries that will be used the Localization API.

instead of:

The Localization Data Editor allows you to create and organize Locales and Entries that will be used by the Localization API.
