use the customization packageInGreen from org.eclipse.papyrus.uml.modelexplorer.recipetest
Normally package has to be displayed in green.

it runs with emf facet browser but not with papyrus model explorer

the modiscoLabelProviderWTooltips has not implemented getFont getColor, getBackgroundColor
