Import should support a "no-overwrite" option that would
fail in the case where files with the same name already exist, like we do for our other creation methods:

I can take a look at this if we still need this.

Do we need all the overwrite options as in the "SFTP From..." use case?

1) Cancel the transfer 
2) Always overwrite destination 
3) Overwrite if source is newer

I think we just need overwrite or cancel in this case. Another very popular request related to import is being able to import a single file (non-zip). If you are interested that would be another great one to look at (see bug 335890).
