Qooxdoo logging functionality was removed from the RAP-tooling. Update documentation to match current state:
* RAP project site
* RAP Eclipse help

Launch configuration image has been updated. This image is located into 'org.eclipse.rap.ui.help/help/images' folder.

There is nothing to update on the RAP project site because the part about RAP-tooling points to Eclipse help.

The decision in bug 33455 is to keep the log level UI in RAP-tooling 1.4. This patch updates the documentation about RAP-tooling. It ads a comment that log level is no more supported in RAP 1.4
