Even though bare repositories used for tests are created in a temporary location (/tmp or $TMP) they should be removed when running tests is over.

This applies to cloned repositories as well.

I've also applied the change suggested on bug 336800 in git server tests. Now, the temp dir shouldn't be polluted with stale git repositories after tests are finished.
