Providing links for branches and tags can be helpful when viewing history of a large repository. The goal is to make some analog of 'gitk' functionality.

Can you have Ilya confirm on this bug that:
a.  authored 100% of the code
b.  has the rights to donate the content to Eclipse
c.  contributes the content under the EPL

I don't know why I was thinking that there is 200 line limitation for approving changes without CQ. Sorry for this confusion.
