After 0.70 the ability to create activity partitions is no longer available as there is no longer a groups option on the palette.

The tutorial and newsgroup post say it is possible so appears to be a regression bug.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add several nodes to an activity diagram
2. Select a couple of nodes and there is then no ability to group these into an activity partition
