M20110202-0800.

Most of the logs are missing (chkpii, Javadoc, console, ...).

I've fixed this for M20110202-0800. The problem was that chkpii wasn't running because of tagging issue in the builder.  The missing chkpii directory caused the php not to render correctly. I've fixed this for the next build.  Also, I'll be rerunning the chkpii tests on the last build so that know if there are errors before our rebuild.
