Provide a way to visually define and edit a JUnit Test by creating objects from the entities in the diagram, with the values for the object's attributes and the links of the relationships with the other entities.

Then, the tool should generate the test class with the initialization of the objects, the creation of a session to the persistence unit and the merging/persistence of said objects.

Seems you have a pretty good idea how this tool should look and work. Have you considered providing such tool? I'm afraid in the near future we'll not have enough resources to work on such task, but if you feel the urge to implement something like this, don't hesitate to offer a patch. I would very much like to see and try it!
