The SUA is changing:

Once that bug is resolved, the new text needs to be pushed into our license feature.

John, does the edl-v1.0.html file have to be included with any of the features specifically or does the feature.properties just have to refer to it?

No. We are not licensing our projects under the EDL right now. The SUA was just updated to include EDL in the list of possible licenses for eclipse.org projects.

From what I can see in HEAD, the epl-v10.html file has the same problem I mentioned in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=332662#c41

Which is the same problem reported in bug 187980, which was recently closed as fixed :)
