The Open Resource dialog should have a "Show In > ..." context menu.

I know that e.g. the Package Explorer has a "Navigate > Go To > Resource..." action, but that is not globally available, requires more clicks, and is not well-known.

And I often see people (including myself) using Open Resource and then
"Show In > Package Explorer", so I think we should streamline this workflow. Especially for files that don't have an internal editor (e.g. *.jar).

For consistency we should then probably do the same for 'Open Type'.

Yes, but like the "Open With" stuff, this is most important for Open Resource.
