1)  In the grammar's XText editor, use CTRL+O to bring up quick outline view
2)  Use the "move" action from the hover and move the quick outline hover
3)  Make sure that "remember location" is checked
4)  Dismiss quick outline, and bring up Quick outline again using CTRL+O

The location of the quick outline view is not remembered, and is back to the default location.
