Build Identifier: 20100917-0705

After adding the feature org.eclipse.birt.chart (2.6.1) from http://download.eclipse.org/birt/update-site/2.6 to my target platform, I get the following error:

"Missing requirement: BIRT Chart Framework 2.6.1 [...] requires 'org.eclipse.emf.common.feature.group 2.3.0' but it could not be found".

Looking at http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/emf/updates/releases/, the oldest available version appears to be 2.3.1.

I can't reproduce this issue.
Platform: Eclipse SDK 3.6.1 release.

BIRT requires EMF 2.3.0 and above version.

Please make sure you have added helios update site URL in the p2 when searching features.

Set as worksforme as we can not reproduce this issue with Helios SR1 release.
