The Java editor lets you specify project specific settings for the Java Code Style and Java Editor | Save Actions settings. It would be very useful if PHP did the same.

For instance, I really miss a project specific setting on whether to use soft-tabs or not in PHP Editor: right now, I can only change that option on the whole workspace (but this is a problem if you're working in a team).

Both tabs are on project scope from a long time. Since 3.3.1 are also under "PHP".
