Build Identifier: 20100617-1415

In .rptlibrary -> Themes -> MyTheme -> New Style: For Custom Sytle: Name: enter "Table", Click OK. "Table" style should now be listed in MyTheme. Double click on "Table" to edit, in Edit Style Window, 

Expected Result: 
1. The "Custom Style" checkbox should be selected.
2. The "Custom Style -> Name:" should have the value "Table".

Actual Result:
1. The "Predefined Style" checkbox is SELECTED.
2. The "Predefined Style -> Select Report Element:" has no value.

Looks like in Edit window for custom style with name matching the ones in predefined styles, it is defaulting to "Predefined Style" and fails to select any value.

Fixed it.

Don't allow to use predefine style name when define a custom style.
