Using Orion 0.2 M5 candidate I201101311515

1. Log into the Orion web UI
2. Create a folder with a space in its name (eg. "foo bar"), and create a file "test.txt" inside the folder.
3. Open test.txt in the Orion editor.
4. In Firebug, you'll see GET test.txt?parts=meta returns error 500.

Notes: I still seem to be able to edit the file, and the problem doesn't seem to occur with project names.. only folder names.

Fix released. Regression test in CoreFilesTest#testDirectoryWithSpaces.
