If I go to: http://localhost:8080/manage-users.html

The page is blank. If I open the IE developer tools I can see errors in the console:

  Expected identifier, string or number  UsersList.js, line 31 character 7
  Object expected  manage-users.js, line 20 character 2
  'undefined' is null or not an object  manage-users.js, line 23 character 2

It is fixed now. However when a new user is added on IE, the list is not refreshed properly. I have to refresh the page to see a newly added user. I raised a separate bug for it, see bug 335747.

I'm not sure whether there are more M5 builds planned, so I marked it M6.
