We are currently in a transition mode where we use the new and the old add dependency dialog. We need to use new add dependency everywhere.

done. All dialogs (not just those for dependencies) shall now have the grid/artid/version text fields on top.
the dependencies ones have also scope.

version text control completion proposals now include ${XXXVersion} properties.

Have not seen the old dialog in a long time.
