Unable to set relative paths between libraries and associated source for projects in same dir that are not Eclipse projects.

This means I must use manual build actions and such in order to do something that should be fairly simple.

SOLUTION: Allow relative paths (../OtherProject/lib) for library references and their attached source dirs.
