Build Identifier: eclipse 2.X

The TopLink MBean has an applicationName attribute that corresponds to the  deployed application name.
Need a new attribute say applicationVersion to identify the application version of the deployed application.
This is needed to associate the right MBean with the application in case there are any application deployed with different versions.
