For whatever reason (and before Ian's changes), the 3.7 build is now reporting 103 JavaDoc warnings when it did not used to report these warnings.

There should be a way to turn off the warnings so we have clean builds again.

As the new build system is now in place, this no longer is an issue. Therefore, resolving as WORKSFORME.
