Currently DescriptorEvent has methods:

updateAttributeWithObject
updateAttributeAddObjectToCollection
updateAttributeRemoveObjectFromCollection

These methods provide convenient ways of updating objects in a change set, but only cover the actual object for which the event was raised.

We should add similar convenience methods that allow you to add new objects to the change set.

e.g. Lets say I get a preUpdate event for a changed DTF Mapping and I want to update other objects based on that change.  We shold provide convenience methods that allow new elements to be added to the change set for those other objects.
