Sapphire already has ability to display HTML content drawn from a value property as kind of a read-only property editor. This is not nearly flexible enough. In particular we need ability to...

1. Specify HTML content to display in the sdef file. This would be useful for presenting explanatory text with more complex formatting needs.

2. Specify HTML fragments and have Sapphire fill in the HTML envelope to produce a complete document, including applying a style that makes the content fit with the look-n-feel of other Sapphire parts.

3. Display a remote URL.

4. Use expressions in the HTML content embedded in the sdef file, including ability to insert data from the model.

5. Use expressions in the URL.
