Not sure how it started (read unreproducible)

I had a Java project and placed few breakpoints and then suddenly when trying to put one more breakpoint, the NPE started throwing up.

Switching to Debug perspective threw some more (NPE) and the breakpoint view went blank. After this I can save the Java file, nor can I remove the existing breakpoints (I still can see them on left margin).

The restart was no use. The NPE occurred as soon the workbench restarted.
