If not versioning report is available, the test for versioning errors produces no output, naturally, but later in test.xml, we try to transform the report to readable HTML but that task fails and causes all junit test process to come to a halt.

Approving my own bug here. Its urgent to get this into a downloadable build, to make more progress on bug 303564 for "standalone tests".
