org.eclipse.draw2d.ColorConstants only depends/uses swt packages so can it be moved to the SWT api?

Maybe with a different name so GEF can extend it.

Well, I suppose to raise this one as an SWT enhancement request. If they decide to take over ColorConstants we can pretty well live with that. If they don't there is not much we can do...
