In the search tab of the help view there is too much vertical space between Scope and Alternate Search Expression, this should be trimmed down.

This bug is actually a result of the Bug 280459 - the Remote IC error message link fits in that space.  I noticed this during work on the search processor, but I don't have a good fix for it.  The space seems to be allocated even if the link method setVisible(false) has been called.

Patch to fix white space

This patch disposes the object when not in use, thus re-allocating its ui-space.
