The lifecycle mapping metadata files are not versioned. We should do it in order to help us with compatibility issues going forward.

The lifecycle mapping metadata sources have a version attribute already.  Actually, they have a GAV.

We do not have a metadata model version yet, but that's not required until the model actually changes.  We will deal with that when we'll change the model first time after m2e 1.0.0 release.
