After installing a new connector that requires restart, we need to be able to automatically update the configuration of the projects that have LM errors.
We can use a startup hook, but to not use too much cycles on startup we should only activate the startup hook when it is necessary.

Update configuration of projects with configuration errors

After the Discovery wizard closes through Finish (rather than cancel) early startup for the bundle is enabled and projects with configuration errors are collected and persisted to preferences.  At the next startup those projects are refreshed & early startup is disabled.

The main change with the updated patch is that it should ensure that the profile change was successful.
