I'll attach a log with the current comparator log.  It looks like there are bundles that can be excluded. Also, Olivier wanted to take a look at the comparator log to see if he could make the comparator more reliable.

lucene bundles are now excluded from comparator

Going to close this bug.  The comparator log is now empty since 3.7M5 was released.
